In the summer of 2015 we fulfilled the calling of God to move to Guanaja, Honduras to become full-time missionaries. We have built many wonderful relationships with the locals. During this time we have done many good works but, we felt like there was something more God wanted to do through us. In December of 2016 God placed on both of our hearts to step out into deeper water and to open and operate a home for vulnerable children. There are many children in Honduras who find themselves in a desperate situations being abandoned, neglected and abused. We know that every child needs security, love and hope for the future. Realizing this is a big commitment; we believe with God's grace the calling can be fulfilled.

Not only is Outstretched Hands Ministries, Inc. registered with the IRS as a 501(c)3, but it is also registered in Honduras as a Non-Governmental Organization.

Project Promise is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization incorporated on January 24, 2014 under the laws of the United States Virgin Islands. We were founded to address the many challenges facing our youth. Due to failing schools, decreased opportunities, and an increase in at-risk behavior the need for positive support services is imperative at this time. The goal of the program is to identify those youth who are experiencing adolescent hardships and may have a rough transition into adulthood. Project Promise offers positive support services to avoid the stumbling blocks that can negatively impact their lives.
